Genesys – CX Leaders Council

An exclusive Genesys event identity created for a small, high-value gathering of customer experience leaders.

The system brought together event branding, digital experience, print collateral and premium guest touchpoints, all centred around a bespoke CX mark and modular pattern language. Designed to feel refined but not corporate, the identity used warm colour, simple typography and flexible graphic devices to create a consistent experience across the website, agenda, venue materials and gifting.
