Genesys – Xperience19

Genesys’ annual customer experience event, brought to life through a bold event identity spanning digital, environmental, social and live experience design.

Built around the idea of making every moment count, the visual system used a confident X mark, rich colour, motion-led patterns and expressive photography to create a high-energy experience from the first registration touchpoint through to the venue itself. The identity needed to work at every scale, from web and social campaigns to airport takeovers, venue wayfinding, keynote screens and immersive on-site activations.
