Genesys Icon Library

As part of the Genesys brand, I helped develop a flexible icon and pictogram system built from the same rounded shapes and soft geometry used across the wider visual identity.

The library was designed in three tiers: brand icons for expressive graphic storytelling, product icons to represent key business units, and functional icons for everyday use across digital, presentation, event and marketing touchpoints. Each icon followed a shared construction logic, giving the system enough consistency to feel unmistakably Genesys, while still leaving room for personality, movement and clarity at different scales.
